Legal Disclaimer & Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1. Independent tool — no affiliation with Twitch

StreamCalc is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc. "Twitch", "Prime Gaming", "Bits", and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what this calculator estimates.

2. Estimates only — not official payouts

  • All figures produced by StreamCalc are illustrative estimates based on assumptions you can see and edit. They are not official payout statements, revenue guarantees, or forecasts, and they do not come from Twitch.
  • The app cannot and does not access any creator payout or revenue history. Where Twitch data is imported (optional), it is a current snapshot — current subscriber counts by tier and gifts, and the Bits leaderboard for the selected period. It is never historic monthly sales, and Bits figures are never payout history.
  • Retail sticker price is not net revenue. Subscription retail prices (including regional web prices and mobile app-store prices) are viewer-facing purchase prices. The creator share applies to eligible net subscription revenue, which is reduced by platform fees, app-store commissions, taxes, currency effects, and Twitch's terms. Actual payout may therefore differ from — and typically be lower than — a straightforward percentage of the retail price. Use the adjustment field to model fees and set-asides.
  • Prime Gaming per-sub amounts and country rate tables are fixed illustrative values supplied for estimation only. They may change, and they do not guarantee actual payout.
  • Currency conversion uses third-party exchange rates and is approximate; display conversion never changes the underlying USD calculation.

3. Status and Plus Program selections do not verify eligibility

  • Selecting "Affiliate", "Partner", or "Partner Plus" describes an assumed program status; the app does not verify your actual status with Twitch.
  • Selecting a Plus Program revenue share (Level 1 or Level 2) does not verify that you qualify for it. StreamCalc does not access your Plus Points or eligibility. The eligibility notes shown in the app are summaries of Twitch's published program requirements and may change; always check Twitch's official documentation. If you are not actually eligible for a selected level, your real share would differ.
  • Non-Affiliate results show $0 actual eligible earnings by default, with a clearly separated "hypothetical if eligible" projection. The hypothetical figure is not money anyone owes you.

4. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

StreamCalc provides numerical estimates only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing creates a professional advisory relationship. Tax set-aside percentages are user-editable assumptions, not tax guidance. Consult a qualified professional for your circumstances.

5. Accuracy and availability

  • Pricing tables, Prime rates, currency rates, and program details change over time. The app aims to reflect supplied data accurately but makes no warranty that any figure is current, complete, or error-free.
  • The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  • Features may change or be removed, and the service may be interrupted, at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of StreamCalc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app — including decisions made in reliance on its estimates.

7. Acceptable use

  • Use the app for lawful, personal estimation purposes.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the app or the third-party services it uses.
  • Do not misrepresent StreamCalc's estimates as official Twitch payout statements to others.

8. Privacy and security

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, and the security measures implemented in the app — including the optional Twitch connection — are described in the Security Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
